The VPSA oxygen generator works under the penetration of atmospheric pressure. It adopts a special molecular sieve to selectively adsorb unwanted parts such as N2, CO2 and H2O of the air. Then under vacuum condition, the VPSA oxygen plant conducts desorption on the molecular sieve. This process is repeated and thus generating high purity oxygen (90~94%).

Based on the pressure swing adsorption principle, the PSA nitrogen generator takes clean compressed air as raw material, carbon molecular sieve as absorbent, and generate N2 at room temperature.
The process takes advantage of the different adsorption and diffusion rates of N2 and O2 through the carbon molecular sieve. Valves are controlled to be open or closed by a programmable controller.
